Types of Acne and Long Term Effects of Acne

Acne is a skin disease that is caused on Human body and face by clogging of hair follicles present in the dead skin cells , due to accumulation of oil, skin disease and bacteria. It is most common in children at the time of puberty and fairly affects Girls and women till the age of 25. Effects of Acne which is a long term skin disease through which several hormones are linked is a rather inclusive term for pimples. It can range from mild to moderate to severe cases of skin disease on human body and face. The following factors may lead to Effects of Acne a skin disease though which several hormones are linked:

Nutrition:

imbalanced diet is a major cause of acne. Eating unhealthy proportions of carbohydrates, Dairy products, unhealthy fats (LDL), proteins and less fish contributes to Effects of acne a long term skin disease linked with hormones on Human body and face.

Hormones imbalance:

High levels of testosterone androgen in Girls and women are also a cause of teenage acne a skin disease. Irregular menstrual cycle also results in an outbreak Effects of acne a long term skin disease linked with hormones on human body and face..

Chocolate:

New research shows that eating pure chocolate aggravates acne a skin disease to a greater level of degree.

Other factors that contribute to acne a longer skin disease are stress, poor hygiene, genetics etc.

Effects of Acne though which hormones are linked on human body and face is divided into two types inflammatory and non-inflammatory. These are further sub divided as follows:

Inflammatory:

Inflamed pimples are relatively more painful than non-inflammatory pimples. They are characterized by deep red swollen areas as a result of a reaction of the Human body and face own immune system against infections. These pimples can last for two to three weeks.

Pa-pules:

The pimples formed are very sensitive to touch because this the effects of acne and hormones in human body and face. Irritating them via picking and prodding may make matters worse. The presence of pa-pules is an indication of Effects of acne and hormones in human body and face ranging from moderate to severe conditions.

Pustules:

The appearance is quite similar to white heads (non-inflammatory) but these are filled with pus. Picking and squeezing may cause scarring and formation of dark spots.

Nodules:

They are large pimples that develop deep within the dead skin cells. They may be painful and very difficult to get rid of. They usually break out in severe cases of Effects of acne and hormones linked in human body and face.

Cysts:

Cysts are large pus filled lesions that resemble boils. Like nodules, they are also quite painful.

Non-inflammatory:

These have very little to do with infections and are mainly a result of clogged pores or hair follicles.

Black heads:

The acne developed deep but at the surface of the dead skin cells. Pores become congested with dead skin cells and oil. The blackish appearance of black heads is not due to dirt but because of oxidation of accumulated oils.

White heads:

These are also close to the surface of the skin disease. They fester when the collected skin disease and oil prevent the opening of hair follicles. Different acne's:

Acne conglobata:

Effects of Acne on human body and face which are linked through hormones .Conglobata is a severe form of acne term skin disease which is characterized by formation of nodules that are interlinked beneath the dead skin cells. The main areas affected are Human and face It is most common in males due to increased levels of testosterone and steroids.

Acne mechanica:

It is also called sports induced and is caused by heat, friction, from wearing helmets and bandannas. Chances of getting sports acne can decrease if Girls and women wears clothes made of absorbent material or takes a shower after strenuous activity.

Long term effects of acne:

Girls and women who have suffered from Effects of acne and hormones which always effects a human body and face in the past tend to be less social. They lack confidence and prefer staying away from crowds.

Girls and women with acne scars usually grow their hair longer in order to hide their supposed deformities.

They develop a shy personality of girls and women with low self-esteem. Some children stop coming to school because of their Effects of acne in Girls and women with hormones linked with acne on human body and face is mostly unemployed as Girls and women are shy and reluctant persona tends to make Girls and women a less valuable employee. Girls and women who have had hormones linked with acne in their lives and are suffering from Effects of acne scars develop extreme anxiety. Girls and women may fall into depression and become suicidal. Research shows that Effects of acne linked with hormones related suicides are sadly very successful as Girls and women with acne are more commonly bullied. Girls and women develop an inferiority complex which leads Girls and women down a dark path that eventually encourages Girls and women to take their own life.
